About

PACES is designed to address the needs of people who are working to manage an active seizure condition.

Program participants emerge better-equipped to confidently engage with their life and the management of their epilepsy, with significantly improved quality of life, mood, epilepsy self-efficacy, epilepsy management, and alleviation of depression and anxiety at 6 months post program.

Like our other groups, this program will be held entirely virtually for free.
