Community

We know managing epilepsy can feel exhausting but we are here to help! From Peer Support to Workshops to online communities, we want you to feel supported, and help you connect with others who just get it!

Peer Support Groups

Join our one-hour virtual weekly hang-outs to laugh, cry, listen, or just simply connect with people who ‘get it.’ Our virtual support groups provide a safe space to share experiences with others living with epilepsy.

One on One Peer Support

Sign up for one-on-one support to be understood, ask questions, share frustration, and celebrate successes with a person who understands life with epilepsy first hand. Our one-on-one support is a safe space for young adults with epilepsy, family members of those with epilepsy, friends, coaches, and professors, or caring bystanders to come as you are and create the healing space you need.
